The Present Moment

The gift of the present moment is a deep sense of aliveness and connection.

When we have the awareness to slow down, take notice, and be fully present, we uncover an infinite well of peace and contentment. We experience the natural flow and energy of our day, that wants nothing from us except our dedicated attention. Our presence.

No more rushing around.

No more getting caught in the doing and the noise of the world.

No more wishing we could control things we simply can’t.

No more disengaging from the people in our life that matter most.

Just awareness of what is, and a determined focus to be present enough to take aligned action in our lives.

Do you get lost in your mind with all the to dos? All the worries? Plans for the future…it’s endless. These thoughts and distractions pull us from the present moment, and keep us from feeling whole and at peace in our daily lives.

When we get caught in it, all we can do is stop, come back to the breath, and be here now.

This moment.
We are here.
Breathe.
